. . . is to help out at Northwest Harvest. Today is Make A Difference Day at The Mountain, and a bunch of us — mostly the fantastic behind-the-scenes people you never hear on the air — went down to Northwest Harvest’s giant warehouse in Kent, where we sorted and boxed non-perishable foods for food banks to distribute to hungry people in our state. Northwest Harvest secures 18 million pounds of nutritious food each year for distribution to more than 300 food programs and elementary schools across Washington State; today we packed up 12,000 pounds of food and provided a day’s worth of meals for 4,000 people. A great organization, and a really fun and satisfying morning for our Mountain team!

Oops, sorry, not sure what happened there…anyway continuing on, it was no surprise to me at all that while reading along you immediately had me in a happier state of mind, grinning & laughing. You are one of the main reasons I listen to the Mountain, & just to let you know, totally not trying to spook you or anything but you seem to always be on my same frequency, vibration, energy level or (whatever you wanna call it) in my mind…guess that means I’m on the right channel then, ha! I am not kidding you when I say at certain times I have predicted what songs you will be playing, or something you might say would be exactly what I was thinking in that moment…yes I do sound like a nut job but I’m really just a 34 year old woman that gets a real kick out of listening to your program, you are extremely amusing to me and it’s wonderful! Not everyone has the same level of awareness if you get what I’m saying (…and I bet you’re saying NUTJOB!)& the more aware you become the more fascinating life can be. This stuff happens all the time to me but you are an exceptional case, John! It’s so constant & consistent, I love it. So, I guess I could of just made this short & sweet & said I am in tune, in sync and feeling your rhythm & I just wanted to thank you for it! And I already know you are a truly genuine person because I did get a chance to meet you years ago in Mexico with Carbon Leaf. So keep on Red Hot Rockin John!
