Catching up with Mindy Smith

Mindy Smith got pretty well known on the strength of her 2004 song Come To Jesus, and her version of Dolly Parton’s Jolene. She had a few personal issues to work out, she released a holiday album a couple of years ago, but now she’s back, very much together, and eager to get her music out there. She’s about to release a new album called Stupid Love on August 11. She dropped by The Mountain to say hi, to play an old song and a new song, and to fill me in on what she’s been up to.
