Hedgehog Hooch

A hedgehog that was found squealing in an apple orchard in England was later found to be drunk. He was taken into a shelter so that he could sober up.  Apparently the sloshed hog was nibbling on fermented apples and it went to his head. He was taken to the Prickly Ball Hedgehog Hospital – which is an actual place.  “Tipsy,” as he was named by his rescuers, was given antibiotics and pain killers and is expected to make a full recovery. 

Holy Moley… Better Start Praying

A Simi Valley, California, man was arrested after fellow employees at the religious bookstore where he worked discovered a camera hidden in the women’s bathroom.  Twenty-eight-year-old Joseph David Ramon Moreaux accidentally recorded himself setting the camera in between some boxes in the corner of the restroom. He was taken into custody at the store — called the “Family Christian Book Store” — and was eventually given a citation.  Police are now in the process of getting a search warrant for the store in order to locate any further recording devices.

911…Stupid calling

A 34-year-old Clarksville, Tennessee, woman was arrested after she called 911 because her boyfriend wouldn’t marry her.  The woman named Hee Orama told dispatchers that her boyfriend had lied to her about tying the knot. Cops responded to her multiple calls and warned her not to call again.  When she called again she was issued a citation and taken to jail.
